Psalms33

This morning the Lord took me to this scripture. Why do you ask because He loves me and no matter what I am going thru He wants me to know that I have HOPE in Him. The Lord wants us to know that we can depend on Him for everything even HOPE. He needs for us to have a HOPE and a future in Him. The peace that we get from HOPE no matter what we have been thru is all in His Hands and our increasing faith. Ponder this Psalms in your heart read it again and again. Know that HOPE is in your life. Amen 1 Sing joyfully to the LORD, you righteous; it is fitting for the upright to praise him. 2 Praise the LORD with the harp; make music to him on the ten-stringed lyre. 3 Sing to him a new song; play skillfully, and shout for joy.
4 For the word of the LORD is right and true; he is faithful in all he does. 5 The LORD loves righteousness and justice; the earth is full of his unfailing love.
6 By the word of the LORD the heavens were made, their starry host by the breath of his mouth. 7 He gathers the waters of the sea into jars[a]; he puts the deep into storehouses. 8 Let all the earth fear the LORD; let all the people of the world revere him. 9 For he spoke, and it came to be; he commanded, and it stood firm.
10 The LORD foils the plans of the nations; he thwarts the purposes of the peoples. 11 But the plans of the LORD stand firm forever, the purposes of his heart through all generations.
12 Blessed is the nation whose God is the LORD, the people he chose for his inheritance. 13 From heaven the LORD looks down and sees all mankind; 14 from his dwelling place he watches all who live on earth— 15 he who forms the hearts of all, who considers everything they do.
16 No king is saved by the size of his army; no warrior escapes by his great strength. 17 A horse is a vain hope for deliverance; despite all its great strength it cannot save. 18 But the eyes of the LORD are on those who fear him, on those whose hope is in his unfailing love, 19 to deliver them from death and keep them alive in famine.
20 We wait in hope for the LORD; he is our help and our shield. 21 In him our hearts rejoice, for we trust in his holy name. 22 May your unfailing love be with us, LORD, even as we put our hope in you.

Thirsty

The Lord has been taking me to scripture this week on thirsty for Him. Just like David his soul thrist after the Lord. We all need to get to a point in our lives where all we want to do is drink from the living water. Ps. 63-11 You, God, are my God, earnestly I seek you; I thirst for you, my whole being longs for you, in a dry and parched land where there is no water. The love the Father has for us can never be compromised. He waits for us to talk to Him and worship Him. See He don't need us we need Him. Have you ever been outside and it was hot and you were so thirsty once you got that bottle of water you could not stop drinking it was so refreshing. That is the way we should be by the Lord we can't get enough of Him. Get out of the world and into His world. You will long for the only one that can give you peace and mercy. Try today to turn your life in the direction where you can taste the water and love the Lord with all your heart.

What a Day

Have you ever got up and said to your self something good is going to happen today. Or have you got up and said oh no another kind of those days. Can I tell you something if you have Jesus everyday should be a good day. There are no bad days if you depend on Him for everything. I mean everything you can not leave one minute out of the day to yourself. Why? Because we are human and can mess up more in 5 minutes than any other creature on earth. We can hear something or see something and go oh wow here it comes. It is much easier to get up and be positive than to start saying everything is going wrong today. The Word says God is in control of every minute of everyday. Depending on the God of the universe should be easy but with the economy going like it is today and all the things around us are so bad. It seems like we are all sink in the same ship together. Well here is food for thought we are in this world but not of this world. Our economy depends on God and if we set our minds and hearts toward Him all things will fall into place. Have you called on Him today are letting Him walk before you and not behind you. Everyday should be that day of miracles because that is all God does is miracles.
When your feet hit the floor praise Him for the day put all your woes in His Hands and watch your life turn in directions you never knew before. You have nothing to lose if your day started out with What a Day. Amen

Busch Gardens for family vacation

This year we didn't want to do the typical summer vacation. Instead of going to the beach for about a week or so like we normally do, I decided that we should do something different for us. So after a bit of discussion, we decided that we would go to Busch Gardens. We could use a little bit of riding thrill rides and coasters.
While I was looking up other things to do in the area while we're there, I ran across the website Clearwirelessinternet4g.com and after I read through it a little bit I decided to change over my internet service to that provider.

I think that we're going to check out some of the other things in the area, but I know that we're going to spend the majority of our time at Busch Gardens park. I've been reading up on all of the roller coasters they have and I've always loved riding roller coasters, so that's definitely been a draw for me. Plus, my kids are at that age where they love that stuff too and that will be a really fun bonding thing for us to do.

You Are a Princess

1 Peter 2:9
But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, God’s special possession, that you may declare the praises of him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light.
At God's Girls I have been teaching them that they are princess they come from royality and they are a part of the Kingdom. This verse says we are chosen that means hand picked by God to be born and raised in the Eyes of the Lord. We are from a Holy nation and we are God's possesion. Women now a days don't want to be called a possesion but I am proud to belong to the King and to live under His standards. Just think we were nothing until He made us and breathed life into us. Then there e were out of the dust of the earth.
But the royal part is what I like. There is just something about being called royal or princess. When the prince and Kate married I told my grand daughter look Bella there is the princess isn't she beautiful. Everyone wanted to see what she was wearing and how she walked and how she waved and she did it with dignity and grace. But as much as we watched the princess that is exactly what we are we have a royal title a child of the King and in His eyes we are the princess that He made us. So hold high to the call look around and tell people you belong in a kingdom and you are a princess and whatever the King ask you to do you can hear His voice and walk into the royality He has for you.
You don't have to live in a castle and have people following you around to see your every move. You were righteouness and youe Father owns a cattle on a thousand hills yoou are royalty and you will be treated as royalty. So today when people talk about the princess tell them you are a princess and belong to a Kingdom. Amen

What a Day

 

Did you ever get up in the morning and say to your self this is going to be a good or else. So many people now are hurting in so many ways wvwrything you hear on tv. on the radio or someone life is bad news. One day I would like to hear good good news how about you? Many days has passed and I look back and say where did time go. Seems like time is going so fast we have no time for each other are friends and family. When I go to work I hear so much information and people around me talking about so many different things. They talk of their problems and sickness. They talk about what is going to happen in the future and about the ways things are in our world today. But one day I would love to hear only good things and happiness.
I know there is a way to fill your heart with happiness and goodness and it is Jesus. When I got up this morning I picked up my Bible and there it was how much God loves me how He only has our good in His heart for us. I read aboutour lives are in His hands and He will take us from glory to glory. I read about His thoughts are on us. His mercy will never fail. I read about a place He has prepared for us and we will never cry again. I read how He died on the cross for us and died then rose again. I read about the comfortor He left for us and He will never leave us alone. I read about He knows ever hair on our heads and He knew you even before you were born. I read if you call on His name He will answer you. I read about the battles He fights for you everyday. I read about His promises and He will always see them thru. I read about how I was made in His imagine and how He will see me thru the valleys and set my feet on a rock. I read about how the struggles of life makes us stronger. I read about the many ways and times He has protected us. The reason I put all of what I read is because it out ways all the woes of life. So in the morning when you get up thank the Lord for a good day He has made for you. Thanks Him for saving your soul and setting you free. I think the Lord can take care of all the bad things and turn them for His good. Amen

Prayer from Dad

 

Good morning to everyone I have been gone for a while. Our son came home from Kuwait and we have been spending time with him. Between working and keep the family going in different ways takes a lot of time. But all is well in the Oravetz home and we are just loving Jesus more everyday.
Sitting on the beach this week I had time to think and I read something that I had thought about many times. In the race of life sometimes we forget the things we have learned about the Lord or we just get so caught up in the fast pace we don't think about it. Sometimes life can make you weary but we are human with the Spirit of the Lord living inside of us. Amen
Jesus is always their and He is our Heavenly Father. If He sent you a letter from Heaven this might be some things He would say.
Good morning daughter you look lovely today. I have been waiting to spend some time with you and you are always so busy. I just want you to know today that you are the apple of My eye. You were formed so perfectly and I knew you before your mothers womb. My intentions for you have always been good, loving and for you to have the best that I have for you. I have a hope and a future for you that exceeds anything you could ever imagine. You don't see the things I see after all I am God and I know the end of your life to the begining. I have ordered every step you have ever taken I will let no harm come to you and I will pick you up in My arms when you fall. I have always told you in Jer. 33-3 to call unto me and I will answer you and show you great and mighty things you know nothing about. Sometimes I speak to you and you are busy but I know you hear me and even tho thoughts are racing thru your head about how things in your life is going to work deep down in your heart you know I am in control of your life and I as your Father I will see you thru because I only have good things for My child. I watched you grow and become a wabbling child learning to walk you made me so proud. I watched you start school and become the most wonderful little daughter I could ever have. Then you grew just like I planned it and went to high school with all the problems and woe of become a teenager you were a little awkward but I gave you confidence in your self and you grew. Then as you left high school I watched you become a beautiful woman then I prepared a family for you. I know you think you made your own decisions but it was Me all the time. Then you had the children I formed for you I put them in your care because I knew with Me beside you for this time you are the best Mother for them. I taught you love and understanding for your children then I showed you the ways of the Lord to teach them. What a great daughter you have been I have watched you grow in the Gifts of God I left for you. The Holy Spirit has taught you well and He has guided you while I was gone. But my Spirit is beside you every minute of everyday. Don't worry baby I know the hurts and pains I know the needs and the thoughts. I know what you are going thru but I love you so much it want last long it is just a test and I will make it all better just for you. I must go now but I love you and the Words I left for you to live by will prick your heart and give you revelation until I come back and pick you up. So take life as a gift and hold your head up walk in my ways and Dad will see you soon. Love you your Father in Heaven.

When God closes the Door

 You might ask by the title what has she done now? Well nothing I am learning to stop doing things on my own and letting God take full control. See sometimes we think we knpw what is good for us. We say inour humble voice I believe this is what God wants for me. Well listen to this I can't do anything on my own and I have no idea what I need in my life. If you notice I say I,I,I not what God wants. It has taken a long time to learn this by God knows sometimes I do just strike out on my own. When I need to listen to my heart and what God is saying. Sfter the fact I look by and go wow Lord that was You telling me to slow down it is not right yet or wait on Me to clear the way. But I think I can do it if I push just a little harder.
  Well my foot is not big enough to knock a door down that God has closed and I don't have to do it myself. God will make a way that is what the Word says. So time goes on and we wait on the Lord. I can only walk thru the doors God opens and praise Him for the doors He shuts. Someday I will slow down and let God lead. He laughs at me all the time I can see the Father saying that is my girl and she will get it and come back a little bit so I can go forward. Her steps are directed by Me the Father and I know the beginning from the end and I knew the wrong steps she was going to take but that is ok I have her in My hand and I will take care of herwhether she gets ahead of Me or not.
 So this is the conclusion to my running forword ahead of God because I think it is good for me. No don't do it wait for the Father instructions will come in His timing not mine. Thank you Lord for your protection and guidance as I  walk thru this world and teaching me wisdom until I get to Your world. Amen

Because He Knows

In the last 4 months things have been changing in our lives faster than ever before. My faith has grown my patience is a lot better and I really don't even worry about anything. It seems like while I was asleep one night God did a work on my heart that has changes my whole outlook. I pray different I talk different I enjoy things of God more and I love in a way that I have never done before.
It is revelation Pastor Dan preached on seeing the revelation that God sets in front of you. I woke up on a Saturday morning picked up my Bible walked into the quite living room and opened my Bible to the story of Solomon's wisdom. I read it and then I read it again. Kings4 29-34 if you have a chance read it. I know when you read it you will not get the same revelation I did because that is the way God works. The whole Bible is for all of us but at different times that is what makes us unique. I will get something out of one scripture and then God will show you something else. Same God same Bible different people.
Any way back to Solomon After I read it I started praying about it. Pastor Dan got up and was looking for me he walked in the living room and said "What ya doing". I busted out crying because the revelation was so clear to me and my life has not been the same. I looked at him and said"Why did'nt you tell me to pray for wisdom than all the stuff I have been praying for. He said "Jacqueline you have to let God show you the revelation I can not do it for you." See all these years Pastor Dan in all his wisdom has always let me go and let God work on my heart and my spirit. That way he knows it will be in God's timing.When God shows you something or works on you then you never forget it.
I started asking for wisdom and knowledge and quit asking for things that don't matter. Because with wisdom and knowledge you can turn everything over to the Lord and never have to worry about it again. I have ask God before why don't we have a car. Why don't we have money? Why don't we have a church? Now I don't even have a car but I know God knows and I don't have to worry because He knows and He will take care of it. We don't have finances but God knows that we don't have a house to move to but God knows that so I am not worried simply because He knows and it is not up to me to do anything it is up to God. So the next time the Lord ahows you something thank Him for it then let it go because He knows. Amen

Mothers Day

What a great day God has given us. A beautiful day and I wonder if we praise Him enough just for the breath we take. It is time that we take our focus off the things of the world and put our focus on the spiritual side of Heaven. Have you ever got up in the morning and thought about the favor God has given you. Pastor Dan preached today from the book of Ruth. I don't think I ever heard it put the way he did. When he got to the part about favor he could only cry. Because see we don't deserve the favor. The way we have lived our lives and discarded the favor of God while we were wallering in sin we don't deserve anything.
  You can't work enough make yourself up enough you can't do enough of good deeds. The only way favor comes is thru the favor Jesus Christ gives you because you have Him in your heart and He is your Savior. Ruth was gleaning in the field not thinking of moving up to the penthouse. She was taking care of family. But God looked down on her and gave her favor beyond anything she ever could imagine. When you least expect it your not looking for it and there He is standing in the distance pleased with you and He grants you favor.
  Don't miss what He has for you don't let pride get in your favor don't let sin get in your favor. Don't let the world pull you out of your favor. Don't do anything but follow the Lord and everything else will be added. Amen

Disater Relief

Philippians 3:8
What is more, I consider everything a loss because of the surpassing worth of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord, for whose sake I have lost all things. I consider them garbage, that I may gain Christ
Well today is Friday and this has been a week like no other. You know that our lives take turns, twists and paths that we never think off. But the Lord knows I have been teaching at God's Girls that God knows our lives from the end to the begin. Why do I say that seems like He would say from the begining to the end. Well here is the answer. Our steps are ordered by the Lord so He knows the day our life is going to end going back to the begining and taking us forward He knows everything we are going to go thru in our lives. He knows our coming in and our going outs. He knows when we get up and when we lay down He knows our trials and tribulations thru our whole lives. He knows because that is the way He set it up for us. All of our lives are unique and individual He sees no difference in any of us because He created us. We look around sometmes and wonder why does her life seem so good and why is my life so bad. God knows your strenghts and weakness He knows what you are going thru before it happens so He knows all thingsand every hair on your head. Then He knows He can trust you to do what you are going to do for Him. Some people are stronger even though it looks like you will never make it thru you will. I can tell you we don't walk in anyones shoes but ouir own we can't change anyoone we can't run their lives but as Christians we can help each other in a way like no one else can because it is enstilled in us to do so.
If you grow in your faith and mature as a Christian ever level you go up their is another devil. Even the enemy knows your strenghts and weakness so he is going to give it His best shot. That is where our prayers, fasting and intersession comes in. We can defeat the devil thru Jesus Christ. Amen

A New Day

 I was sitting here this morning and I was thinking what the scripture says
Because of the LORD’s great love we are not consumed, for his compassions never fail. They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness. Lamentations 3:22-23
 How many times in a week do we get consumed no how many times a day do we get consumed no sorry how many hours a day do we get consumed. You know as humans life eats at us if we let it. But as Christians and a child of God we have a promise His compassion never fails. I have caught myself at times crying about something that I thought God should do for me or I thought I deserved it. But then the Holy Spirit speaks to me and I laugh at myself because I don't deserve anything and I can't work hard enough for the Lord to earn anything Here is the whole feeling and emotion thing in a nut shell. We don't go by emotions or feelings or how much we do for the Lord we live by faith and we walk in the goodness and mercy He has for us. Sometimes I am like a spoiled brat kicking my feet because that is what I want and I want it now. But as I have grown spiritually I know now that I can not manulate God into anything. As my spirit man grows I know I can do all things thru Christ that strengthens me. I know that He is always beside me and working for my good. I know that His compassion never fails. I know in my heart that I am the apple of His eye. I know He would have died for me if it had only been for me. I know when I lay down at night He watches me sleep. I know that His mercy for me is so great that everything in my life is in His heart. I know that He is the only person that would die for the ones He loves. You can ask me how do you know all this because the B-I-B-L-E tells me so. Sharper than any two edge sword pentetrating the heart of man and teaching the ways of the Lord.
If you don't get in your Word then you don't know all the things the Lord can do for you and that is when life will eat you up and spit you out. So when your feet hit the floor in the mornings tell Him how much you love Him spend time with Him let Him be the lover of your soul and your soon coming King. He is new every morning. Amen
